At the very heart of our service, the digital twin reproduces the building's reference behaviour by calculation, based on its actual characteristics, weather conditions and occupancy.
The digital twin is built by combining a virtual 3D model of the facility with the characteristics of the HVAC and water treatment installations documented during an audit.
The virtual model is then connected to Datapool and fed with real operating conditions (occupancy, weather, schedules, etc.). The digital twin predicts the theoretic ideal energy behaviour of the building.
Any discrepancyis immediately detected to avoid unnecessary over-consumption. This predictive model makes it possible to project future savings levels for any improvement action taken, including their expected return on investment.
